“The show must go on,” but Lynette Renda does not run this show alone! The Motivate Me! Team consists of Lynette, the podcast host, co-producer, and content curator. Her husband, John, the show’s co-producer, sound engineer, and web designer. Her daughter, Mackenzie Scotti, the Motivate Me! Zoom Workshop producer and creative director. And her son-in-law, Michael Scotti Jr., the show’s video editor and technology consultant. Combining their skills to create a podcast for the purpose of helping others has been an exciting, meaningful, and creative family project that has traveled across the 50 United States and over 150 countries.
